What if Buhari is coming for all of us with style?
The President of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari, has now traveled back to London to get more medical attention.
Being President is not beans. But being the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria is on another level entirely. Now, Buhari has not been feeling too well, and instead of going to the National Artist, homeboy went to London, because you know, our hospitals still aren't good enough.
We wish him quick recovery.
But again, what if the President is going on another secret mission?
Imagine Buhari landing in London, and we'll be here thinking Baba is resting and swallowing medicine.
What if Baba is meeting with CEOs of some companies? Companies like ASOS, M&S and co?
What if he wants them to drop the names, phone numbers, and addresses of all the people from Nigerian still shopping. So that he can know all the people that have money to shop from the Abroad in this harsh economy.
And me that I've been saving money for the past four months to buy three shirts, that's how my name is on the list of shoppers now.
But imagine EFCC comes to my house to look for dollars that I'm hiding. I'm going to join them in searching, and any money they find, I'll collect my share.
On another note, I kind of agree with Chidi here.
I mean, I tried to get my boss to let me work from home, and he was just looking at me like,
I don't even need to bother asking that I want to go to Togo. Let me just face my work here before I start writing articles about how to create the perfect CV.
In the end, we wish the President speedy recovery from whatever is doing him that they've refused to tell us.
