Former Love & Hip-Hop Atlanta star and father of six, Stevie J, will spend some time behind bars for failing to pay child support.
The US Attorney Southern District of NY said in a statement that Stevie J will have to turn himself into authorities on April 10 after failing to pay $1.3 million worth of child support.
According to a TMZ reports, the cases are usually handled in state court, but it has been taken to Federal level because the women involved in it are from the different states.
Back in February 2017, Stevie pleaded guilty to failure to pay child support. He accepted full responsibility and had been ordered to pay over $1,304,835.86.
He was also placed on probation for 3 years until he pays off the child support.
